Parachute training is fun and prepares you optimally for emergencies in everyday flying, where quick and experienced action is vital for survival – a benefit for pilots of all experience levels.

As we usually only fall back on automated procedures in stressful situations, we recommend that every pilot has thrown the reserve parachute at least once. This will give you confidence in your skills and your rescue equipment under real conditions.

We start with a detailed equipment inspection, during which we regularly find and correct errors such as incorrectly connected reserve parachutes and harnesses. Afterwards, we teach you the fundamentals of reserve parachute deployment and correct behavior in the air. In addition, we train you on different reserve parachute designs and the correct size selection, so that you can choose the perfect reserve parachute for yourself. Afterwards, we move to Beckenried and take the cable car to Klewenalp. From there, you fly into the designated box, deploy the reserve parachute, and deepen what you have learned in practice.
